Payment must be paid in full, prior to attending the session, in order to confirm your booking. Payment can be made using a debit/credit card via our online booking system. It is also possible to transfer the funds directly if you would prefer (contact us for details). Refunds: If we have to cancel a workshop a full refund will be offered or the option to attend an alternative date, whichever you prefer. If you change your mind and decide to cancel more than 1 week prior to the workshop date we will refund 100% of your payment. Unfortunately if you decide to cancel less than 1 week prior to the workshop date we are unable to provide you with a refund. If we are oversubscribed a waiting list will operate – this will be operated on a first come, first served basis
GO SKETCH Gift Voucher Policy
The use of gift vouchers fall under the following terms and conditions: Gift Certificates ordered through our Website will be delivered by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order.. When ordering a Gift Certificate, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Certificate. All Gift Certificates expire 12 months from the date of issue. Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. Where Products purchased online with a Gift Certificate are returned, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift Certificate. We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances. If we are unable to provide your gift within the year, a full refund will be offered. We are unable to provide you with a refund after 24 hours of buying the voucher. However, we will happily transfer the amount paid to a different gift or workshop if you change your mind.
